This programme has a 3 part process guiding you to a place of feeling
greater ability to feel wellness in your body and mind.
Awareness and understanding of your body, emotions, and nervous system can open the door to greater ease and empowerment in your health. In our sessions, I’ll gently guide you through somatic practices that invite curiosity about what you’re experiencing—helping you notice sensations and emotions with kindness, rather than getting swept up in anxious thoughts. Together, we’ll also explore the everyday patterns that shape how you feel, creating a safe space to discover new choices and lasting change (in person or online).
With connection to your lived experience, supportive resources, and enhanced connection to your Self (your truest essence), we’ll create space for meaningful change using compassion and effective tools. I’ll guide you through practical approaches to ease physical symptoms, stress, and emotional dysregulation—helping you build resilience and confidence. Together, we’ll explore this process in live sessions (online or in person) in a safe, gentle way, with ongoing support available via WhatsApp and email for questions and guidance.
This is where you bring the practices into your daily life and allow for meaningful change in ways that suit your needs. By learning to listen and respond to your body and mind—whether that means adjusting your diet, taking time to rest when stress builds, or using a somatic practice to process a strong emotion—you begin to strengthen your mind-body connection and nurture your nervous system with supportive choices.
I’ll provide guided audio practices for you to use at home, along with journaling prompts to help you reflect, track your progress, and notice the shifts that emerge. Incorporation is not about doing things perfectly—it’s about responding to yourself with compassion, making choices that feel right in the moment, and building resilience and empowerment as you move forward on this non-linear journey.
